The Species Composition And Distribution Of Ichtioplancton in Mingechaur Water Reservoir

The data of population density, species composition and distribution of ichtioplancton in Mingechaur water reservoir are provided. It is established that the most widespread and abundant species were Abramis brama and Rutilus caspicus (roach and Easter bream). The maximal concentration of ichtioplancton during the study period was at Samukh and Geranboy spots in the depth of 5 m.
