Description
The helminth fauna of rodents spread in the plain zone of Lenkoran natural district and its bioecological peculiarities have been analyzed. The helminth distribution was found to be related to the availability of intermediate and definitive hosts under the influence of various biotic and abiotic factors, geographical spread, physico-geographycal conditions suitable for their growth, their density in the nature and other biological properties. The study of the cycle of the evolution of rodents has revealed that from 41 species of helminths 26 species are biohelminths, 15 are geohelminths and 9 speсies are common for human and domestic animals
