InSAR Time Series Analysis for Socompa Uplift in Nothern Chile

This dataset is for the manuscript "First onset of unrest captured geodetically at Socompa Volcano, Northern Chile" that was submitted to GRL.

It contains four files. The Ascending_dataset.rar and Descending_dataset.rar contain the InSAR time series analysis dataset on ascending and descending, respectively. Both these two datasets include TSA_ifg10.mat (which is the time series analysis data) and TSA_fit_gacos.mat (which is the time series fitting results). The Time_Series_Fitting_Code.rar contains the codes that are used to fit and plot the time series data. You need to put the code under your Matlab path and run the runTSA.m script in the dataset folder to make it work. The GBIS_Modeling.rar contains the modeling results of Socompa uplift using the GBIS software.
