Nutrition education, food safety, and safe fish handling practice guide for fish processors- facilitators guide is part of the project deliverables for the Nourishing Nations: Improving the quality and safety of processed fish products in Nigeria. The guide with the participant's copy was to be used in training artisanal fish processors.
