Data related to the SST Pattern Effect in GFDL AM4 and CM4

• atmos.static.nc has info for land_mask and coordinates.
• the .tar files include monthly jacobian matrices. 

Naming: jaco.P.A1p5_30yr.pvalue_0.05.tar 

• jaco means "jacobian"
• P means precipitation; thus the unit is kg/m2/s per 1K SST warming per grid box
• A1p5 means the SST perturbation is A = +1.5K for the patch simulations
• 30yr means each patch simulation is integrated for 30 years
• pvalue_0.05 means a 95% significance level is used for the t-test (noises are removed)
• pvalue_1.00 means there is no significance test (all values are retained).

On the matrices

• ii = 90*144 = 12960 is the index for state variables
• jj = 90*144 = 12960 is the index for SST
• Physical area of each grid box is implicitly considered here; dSST must be on the 2°x2.5° (latxlon) grid provided by the atmos.static.nc
