Undoubtedly, it is not possible to develop recommendations for improving the activities of one of the structural divisions of a medical dental organization, in connection with which a SWOT analysis of the functioning of the entire Medical Dental Organization (MSO) was carried out.

An important role in the effective development of medical MCOs is assigned to the issues of identifying factors that affect the organizational aspects of activities, the quality of services, financial components and aspects of interaction with counterparties. The influence of counterparties on the structure and functioning of the MSO is carried out at the macro and microeconomic levels.
