Data and model files for the manuscript "Deciphering the state of the lower crust and upper mantle with multi-physics inversion". Each directory consist of all the input files, parameter (.sh) files and some model output files in addition to python scripts that can be used to reproduce most of the figures in the manuscript. Please refer to the manuscript and the included files for further information on the data source and how to use the scripts. We shall add a link upon acceptance.
