ОПРАВДАТЕЛЬНЫЕ ПРИГОВОРЫ – МИФЫ И РЕАЛЬНОСТЬ

In the Republic of Kazakhstan acquittal sentences have become a reality, even though the judicial practice concludes that the growth in their number is inconsequential. This is due to the positive dynamic brought by the changes that occurred in the criminal law system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, that is now capable to exonerate the person accused of committing a crime. The implementation of reforms into the judicial system and the modification of the criminal legislation are both necessary for the acquittal sentences to not become exceptions but the norm that is traditionally applied to criminal cases.
