Gauge data used in 'An improved near-real-time precipitation retrieval for Brazil' by Pfreundschuh et al.

The rain gauge measurements were compiled by the National Institute of Meteorology of Brazil 40 and consist of hourly gauge measurements covering the time range May 2000 until May 2020. They are used as reference data  'An improved near-real-time precipitation retrieval for Brazil' by Pfreundschuh et al. and published here in order to ensure reproducibility.
