Expression of oat metallothioneins in drought-stressed oat seedlings

This .xls file contains results of expression analyses in oat plants. The plants were subjected to drought stress. Shoots and roots of said wlants were collected and ground in liquid nitrogen. RNA was isolated and cDNA was synthesized. the cDNA was used as a template in qPCR analysis. Primers in qPCR were specific for oat metallothionein genes. EIF and HNR genes were used as a reference gene.
