Description

This dataset contains stereological quantification of tyrosine hydroxylase positive neurons in the substantia nigra pars compacta of AAV2-SYN transduced CX3CR1 Cre/+ or CX3CR1 Cre/+ IAB fl/fl mice. Brans were collected at 6 months post-transduction, labelled with anti-TH antibodies, and quantified using a brightfield microscope and Stereoinvestigator software.
