Description
The application of Spatial-ID on the large field mouse brain hemisphere dataset measured by Stereo-seq technology. Briefly, three adjacent coronal sections along the anterior-posterior axis were cut from the brain 5-week-old male mouse. It fully proves the innovation and applicability of Spatial-ID.
