Description
A multicentre, prospective observational study was conducted of colorectal cancer (CRC) patients undergoing primary surgical resection in the United Kingdom and Czech Republic. Analysis was performed using metataxonomics (microbiome) and ultra-performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS, metabolomics). Both datasets were pre-processed as described in the methods section of the main article. The data here were used as the input to the data analysis workflows available from Github.
