Title: قصّۀ سيف الملك (! sic ) و بديع الجمال و گلستان ارم (.see W. Pertsch,loc.cit ) و ساعد و شهباز پادشاه پريان و غير اين من منشى نواز׳.
Beginning:بدانكه چنين آورده اند راويان اخبار و ناقلان اثرار ( آثارof instead ! sic) و گذارندگان سخنان كه در زمين پیشین شهنشاه عادل سلطان محمود سبکتگین رحمة الله عليه بخدمت سلطنت پناهى سرافراز گشت الخ.
Dated the 3rd of Rabî’-alawwal (the year is left out).
