A shorter redaction of the same story.

This redaction, considerably shorter and differing much in the wording (comp. Bodleian Cat., Nos. 462 and 463, and Rieu ii. p. 765), begins: راويان اخبار و ناقلان آثار و خوانندگان تواريخ ..... چنین آورده اند كه سلطان محمود پادشاه را الخ.

Dated the 11th of Rabî’-althânî, A.H. 1120 (A.D. 1708, June 30).
