USING SIX SIGMA TECHNAL AND THE DIMENSIONS OF LEAN PRODUCTION TO ACHIEVE DISTINGUISHED BANKING SERVICES

Developed countries have contributed to the progress and development of the banking sector, as it is an important measure of the development of countries, as the interest in banks has increased in terms of their architectural design, furnishing, internal arrangement, external appearances, providing the best services, as well as applying modern management concepts that lead to improving quality and reducing costs and thus achieving high profits. But what the banking sector in Iraq is witnessing is that its work is accompanied by many failures in the performance methods, which results in the provision of low-quality services and high costs, and in the end result in low profits. This research has come to shed light on this problem, at a time when these banks are seeking to achieve a competitive advantage and leadership in the banking business. All these factors have increased the volume of competition to obtain a market share, so the economic units have sought for more openness, innovation, development and creativity for the sake of continuity improvement of quality its services on the one hand and reducing its costs on the other hand, and then staying in the competition market through the emergence of modern administrative systems and methods that had an effective impact on the development of these units.
