Structural models of ProPEc in inward-facing and outward-facing conformations

This deposit contains relevant data to supplement the study titled as "Structural determinants and functional significance of dimerization for osmosensing transporter ProP in Escherichia coli" to be published by Ozturk et al. (2022). 

ProPEc_XylEEc_all_alignments.rtf is the list of pairwise alignments of E.coli ProP and XylE generated by different alignment tools

propec-inward-facing-homology-model-based-on-4qiq.pdb is the inward-facing structural model of ProPEc.
