ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ РОЗВИТКУ ЮРИДИЧНОГО КОНСАЛТИНГУ В КОНТЕКСТІ ПРАВОВОЇ ГАРМОНІЗАЦІЇ

The article considers the issue of consulting as a specific type of legal practice. It is justified that until today there is no single definition of the concept of "consulting". It was determined that consulting, as a concept that first appeared in economic science and management theory, currently has a multifunctional and interdisciplinary nature, since the consultant's work is aimed at analyzing various aspects of the organization's activities, including technological, economic, financial, legal and others. Based on the analysis of the theoretical foundations of this concept, the author comes to the conclusion that consulting is professional assistance provided by relevant specialists to a certain circle of clients, which consists in solving problems and functioning of their development, which is carried out in the form of advice, recommendations and solutions jointly developed with the client. Essential aspects of consulting are also highlighted. The question of trends in the development of legal consulting in the context of legal harmonization is raised. The author states in the article that legal consulting, providing business entities with the necessary legal knowledge and information, directly affects their economic behavior, directs it to optimize the use of resources, reduce transaction costs, which is the content of its role as a regulator of socio-economic relations. The author interprets the concept of "legal consulting" as a unique type of legal intellectual activity, which is implemented by professionally trained lawyers with a developed axiological potential. The author substantiates that the market of consulting services in Ukraine is in the process of formation, and therefore is very promising. The main trends in the development of legal consulting in Ukraine are highlighted.
