Description
The Eudaphobse Soil Biology Taxonomy Ontology (EUTaxO) opens opportunities to introduce EUDaphobase data into the Linked Open Data Cloud. EUTaxO utilizes the Soil Biology data straight from the Edaphobase API (https://api.edaphobase.org) to poblate all the taxon.
The EUTaxO base ontology can be found at https://w3id.org/EUTaxO#, while the complete hierarchy defined from the Edaphobase API can be found at https://w3id.org/EUTaxO/hierarchy#.
EUTaxO is in development at https://gitlab.com/jfaldanam/EUTaxO.
