Use of land resources of agricultural enterprises

The subject of the study is the use of land resources of agricultural enterprises.
The purpose of the study is to determine the main directions of agrarian policy in the field of land
resource use.
Research methods. The work uses the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the method of
analysis and synthesis, the comparative method, and the method of summarizing data.
Work results. The paper defines the categories of soil fertility. The economic, technological and
organizational and legal aspects of influence on the level of efficiency of land use are determined.
Normative and expert monetary valuation of land plots are outlined.
Conclusions. The most important natural resource is land. The main directions of agrarian policy in
the field of the use of land resources should be the optimization of their distribution among the branches
of the national economy and the most rational use of them in each of them, the implementation of a
new land management of rural areas, the development and implementation of the land cadastre and
economic evaluation of land. Agricultural enterprises prefer the production of less capital–intensive
and more profitable plant products.
