In-silico PCR results for PSSC primer sets exhibiting >50% amplification rate

  • 1. Penn State University

Description

using in-silico PCR, 2,161 genomes from the Pseudomonas syringae species complex were amplified using 16 established PCR primer sets, allowing one mismatch per primer. Each file here contains amplicons generated from a single primer set, with each amplicon sequence named with the GenBank accession number for the associated genome.
