DETERMINATION OF POPULATION SIZE OF INDIVIDUAL TIREOGLOBULINOM POLYRIBOSOME OF THE THYROID GLAND IN VARIOUS TUMORS

The article analyzes appearing of mechanisms of tumour cells in thyroid gland and factors affecting it. The disclosure of the molecular mechanism of TG and the synthesis of TG mRNA in normal cells and tumour ones is important in the development of methods for the early diagnosis and prevention of diseases. This violations (damages) of regulation of TG gene expression have an important place in the pathogenesis of thyroid cell neoplasms and are one of the factors that cause thyroid cell tumors and therefore (this factor) can be used as a marker for early diagnosis of the disease.
