  • 1. Associate Professor of the Department of Business Law of Tashkent State Law University, PhD in Law

Description

Flora is a historically established set of plant species distributed in a specific area or in an area with certain conditions. The flora of Uzbekistan is characterized by a variety of vegetation types and is one of the main natural resources of the country. In the context of climate change, the availability of reliable information on the quantitative and qualitative composition of the flora is of great practical importance. This information is contained in the state cadastre of flora objects, the procedure for maintaining which, unlike other state cadastres of natural resources, is regulated at a fairly high level. At the same time, in the context of climate change, the intensive use of certain types of flora, the digitalization of the domestic cadastral system, and the strengthening of cyber threats in Uzbekistan require further improvement of legislation in this area.
