Single impulse spot stimulation of a cerebellar column in WT and MLI-KO conditions

Description

A 300x200um volume of the cerebellar cortex was stimulated, and spherical spot with diameter 50um was stimulated with a single impulse. The impulse causes exactly 1 presynaptic release event at each mossy fiber terminal (glomerulus) inside of the sphere.
