Description

The data is the measured presented in the article: Domes and  Semi-Capsules as Model Systems for  Infrared Microspectroscopy of Biological Cells.

It contains the following:

  • Measured spectra and AFM measurement of lung cancer cell
  • Matrigle spectra
  • Measured spectra of 3D printed samples

Notes

This work was supported by the grant "Combining spectral and image information in the analysis of hyperspectral imaging data"—No: 289518, financed by the Research Council of Norway. A.B. acknowledges Philippe Paliard (Microlight3D) for the fruitful discussions about microstructure slicing. The measurements of absorbance spectra of the 3D printed samples were supported by SOLEIL (project No. 20200795), French national synchrotron facility. The computations were performed on resources provided by Sigma2 - the National Infrastructure for High Performance Computing and Data Storage in Norway through grant No: NN9294K
