OBSTACLES TO KSA PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRYS RESILIENCE

This study explores the relationship between innovation, supply chain management capability, competition and resilience. This research also explores the moderating role of culture and mediating role of innovation as well. The base of this research is an in-depth literature review for the development of questionnaires. The data for this study was collected from the employees working in the pharmaceutics of KSA. This research employed simple random sampling and distributed a questionnaire among 310 respondents. The collected data was examined by using SPSS and AMOS 23. The findings of the study supported the proposed hypothesis. These results also support the moderating role of culture and mediating role of Innovation. The findings are helpful for academicians in their future studies.
