Verification and Scaling of Time-Dependent Shift Using the AZURV1 Benchmark

  • 1. Oregon State University

Description

A time-dependent version of Oak Ridge National Laboratory's massively-parallel Monte Carlo radiation transport code Shift is verified with the AZURV1 benchmark problem. Scaling analyses investigating the performance impact of tally communication are also presented.

This work was supported by the Center for Exascale Monte-Carlo Neutron Transport (CEMeNT) a PSAAP-III project funded by the Department of Energy, grant number: DE-NA003967.
