Dataset used to evaluate and compare self-reported with accelerometry-based physical activity measurements as well as their associations with cardiovascular risk markers among South African school-aged children from disadvantaged communities.
It encompasses anonymized, unique, identification numbers, demographic and body-mass-index, blood pressure, lipid panel and blood glucose measures.
