Deijns et al. NHESS -SAR Timing- GH Event Inventories

These shapefiles contain four geomorphic hazard (GH) events with a total of around 2500 manually mapped landslides and flash floods. These four GH events are located in the southern part of the Rwenzori Mountains (Uganda), the Karongi district (Rwanda), the hills of Nyempundu in the Cibitoke region (Burundi) and west of the city of Uvira (Democratic Republic of the Congo). This inventory is used in the paper: "Timing landslide and flash flood events from SAR satellite: a regionally applicable methodology illustrated in African cloud-covered tropical environments " published in Natural Hazards and Earth System Sciences.
