Description
This repository contains trained weights for SplineDist neural network. At present it includes the weights for SplineDist network with 6, 8, 10, and 16 control points. All SplineDist networks have separately been trained on fluorescence microscopy images from BBBC038 [1] and Haematoxylin & Eosin stained histology images from CoNIC [2].
