Artesanía doméstica en la cultura Bolaños, México

Los habitantes prehispánicos de la región de Bolaños demostraron una gran capacidad para explotar su entorno natural, unido a la adquisición de diversas materias primas ajenas a la región con la intención de elaborar diversos objetos destinados tanto al consumo local como al intercambio comercial; en ambos casos, dentro de contextos domésticos. En base a lo anterior, se llega a la conclusión de que en la cultura Bolaños existió una artesanía periódica de bienes producidos para el consumo local y el intercambio, todo ello en combinación con la agricultura. ENGLISH: Domestic Craft in the Bolaños Culture, Mexico. The pre-Hispanic inhabitants of the Bolaños Canyon region demonstrated a great capacity to exploit their natural environment, together with the acquisition of various raw materials from outside the region, with the intention of producing various objects for both local consumption and commercial exchange; in both cases, within domestic contexts. Based on the above, it is concluded that in the Bolaños culture there was a periodic craft of goods produced for local consumption and exchange, all in combination with agriculture.
