This article examines important stylistic devices and analyzes their usage in Agatha Christie’s novels, to which she relies during the writing her novel from the linguistic point of view. Christie’s stylistic peculiarities of her own authorial style are investigated and distinguished with the use of descriptive and comparative methods and method of practices with scientific literature. Agatha Christie uses a huge amount of stylistic devices for various literary purposes, what makes her novel as one of the best among detectives. The results of description of examples of expressive means and stylistic devices and their aims of usage are presented.
