Description

The dataset contains the fields that have been used in the Barrier et al. (2023) paper

It contains:

  • NEMO/PISCES 3D fields
    • Zonal and meridional velocities
    • Temperature
    • Plankton concentration
    • Chlorophyll
  • APECOSM 2D and 3D fields for the epipelagic community
    • Vertically integrated biomass density
    • Size-binned 3D biomass
    • For the three size classes described in the paper
      • Trend terms (predation, growth, zonal and meridional advection/diffusion)
      • Growth rate
      • Functional response
      • Mortality rates

For space issue, the data provided here have been extracted for the Pacific ocean and for the upper 250m. They also have been strongly compressed.
