The present day economy is an economy of knowledge, with multicultural character that requires a new and different approach to learning mode, and if we want to be an active part of such economy, we have to be willing to accept the changes, adapt to them quickly, to change existing methods of learning, if we are not to be overrun, we must align to current trends by time and rapid social and economic changes . A knowledge-based society refers to the type of society that is needed to compete and succeed in the changing economic and political dyna-mics of the modern world. It refers to societies o therefore rely on the knowledge of their citizens to drive the innovation, entrepreneurship and dynamism of that society’s economy.
