Description
Magnetohydrodynamics Benchmark from a 2D Riemann Problem based on Case 3 (from Liska et al. Comparison of several difference schemes on 1d and 2d test problems 207 for the euler equations).
Since this is technically a hydrodynamic benchmark, its plasma state vectors are inflated by adding the magnetic variables B and setting them to zero.
