Generalist_1 Classification model used in Aspert, Hentsch, Charvin, eLife, 2022

This repository contains the generalist_1 model developed and used in Aspert et al, eLife, 2022  ( https://doi.org/10.7554/eLife.79519 ). 

Each file can be directly downloaded and unzipped from within our analysis software DetecDiv: https://github.com/gcharvin/DetecDiv

For this, go to File --> Classifier Repository, select a classification model and click "download". 

Once unzipped, each file provides a folder that contains the following resources (Matlab is required): 

- the classification model parameters and training parameters 

- the trained classifier file 

- the annotated datasets that were used for training and validations
