Single-cell RNA-seq datasets derived from human parasitic nematode Brugia malayi microfilariae

Single-cell RNA-seq data of the parasitic nematode Brugia malayi in the microfilariae development stage. Data includes untreated cellular transcriptional states and the transcriptional response to ivermectin (1 µM). 

The unfiltered gene expression matrix is provided as both a Seurat and AnnData object. Filtered datasets are provided as .csv files for direct import into R.
