Molecular Oncology Almanac GK-Pilot Dataset

An export of the Molecular Oncology Almanac (MOA) knowledgebase represented under the pilot GA4GH Genomic Knowledge framework championed by the VICC and ClinGen Driver Projects.

Data files include:

• moa_gk_pilot_statements.ndjson: MOA evidence represented as genomic knowledge statements
• moa_gk_pilot_variation_descriptors.ndjson: MOA variation records represented as VRSATILE variation descriptors
• moa_gk_pilot_methods.ndjson: MOA curation methodology represented as a Method object
