CIViC GK-Pilot Dataset

An export of the CIViC knowledgebase represented under the pilot GA4GH Genomic Knowledge framework championed by the VICC and ClinGen Driver Projects.

Data files include:

• civic_gk_pilot_statements.ndjson: CIViC evidence represented as genomic knowledge statements
• civic_gk_pilot_variation_descriptors.ndjson: CIViC variation records represented as VRSATILE variation descriptors
• civic_gk_pilot_methods.ndjson: CIViC curation methodology represented as a Method object
