Description

Supplementary data table for the research article "Reduced B-cell antigenicity of Omicron lowers host serologic response".

This entry reports the raw data corresponding to Figure 3B of the research article. It is a list of artificial RBD sequences generated by an evolutionary-based sequence generative model. For each sequence, we report the ScanNet antigenicity and binding propensity scores averaged over the corresponding ACE2 binding site. For more information, please refer to the article preprint https://doi.org/10.1101/2022.02.15.480546 and upcoming article at Cell Reports.
