Description

Hysteroneura setariae (Thomas, 1878)

Apterae and alatae was red-brown, dirty brown, dirty red-brown or dirty greenish-brown, lightly dusted with wax, with contrastingly black siphunculi and pale cauda.

KSK: 23.ix.2017, unknown Poaceae, on lower and upper sides of leaves and on stem in leaf sheath, apt. et al. KWo: 13.ix.2017, Brachiaria mutica, on ear, apt. et al.; 21.ix.2017, Digitaria sp., on ear, apt. MSo: 09.x.2017, Pennisetum pedicellatum Trin., on ear, apt.
