THE USE OF 10M TOOL TO THE DIAGNOSIS OF CRITICAL POINTS IN INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES

The search for maximizing and Timprovement of industrial processes aiming at greater competitiveness has led the managers, increasingly, to develop programs and strategic plans that meet the needs of the organization. The objective of the article is to present a tool capable of assisting in the preparation of analyzes of the internal environment which is the tool 10m's of Self-Healing Resiliency, which covers the areas considered the key points in the organization.The methodology used was the application of the questionnaire, interview, direct observation and data collection, developed on a case-study. Was Performed the application of organizational diagnosis through the use of the tools 10M's. They were then made the analysis of each M's. The results showed that the critical area this in the management which was demon strated in the five areas of the chart radar.Finally, was drawn up the radar graph of a critical area of management with the administration of decision-making processes.
