ESTIMATION OF ECOLOGICAL RISK FROM FLOODING CONSEQUENCE

Increasing force of destructive phenomena and frequency of dangerous hydrometeorological events occurrence, provoking flooding and inundation of large territories is marked. Complex genesis of the factors influencing development of process is considered: rain fall out, snow thawing, mudflows and the landslips formation, the increased water discharge in downstream wall (DW) of water development, etc. Special attention is given to socialeconomic and ecological risks criteria in Armenia.
