FEATURES OF THE FORMATION OF MINE RESCUE CENTERS IN THE DONBASS IN THE EARLY 1920-S XX-TH CENTURY

The article presents the problems of state construction on the territory of Donbass in the early 1920s of the XX century, as well as the influence of the administrative-territorial structure of Donetsk province on the process of zoning of mountainous areas and mountain rescue centers in Donbass. The materials of the State Archive of the Donetsk People's Republic, statistical collections, collections of legislative and regulatory documents on this topic are analyzed. The features of the formation of mountain rescue centers and the development of a unified system of mountain rescue stations on the territory of the entire Donetsk coal basin in the specified period of time are revealed.
