Description
Current E-Learning solutions are not sufficiently aware of the context of the learner, that is the individual's characteristics and the organizational context such as the work processes and tasks. Nevertheless, this awareness can be achieved by modular learning objects and semantical metadata for their contextualization. By that delivering of learning material, which is relevant to the current situation of the learner, is supported. This paper presents a general approach and architecture.
