Maps of the size and distribution of CO2 emission sources in the UK (2019)
Description
A series of maps showing the spatial distribution and size of CO2 emission sources in the UK. Based on emissions data published by the UK National Atmospheric Emissions Inventory.
There are 4 types of map provided:
- All CO2 emission sources for 2019 grouped by sector/category.
- A comparison of 2019 and 2020 emissions.
- A subset of the 2019 CO2 emission sources that could be abated by CCS, grouped by sector/category.
- Individual maps for each sector/category.
Maps are provided in both PNG and PDF format.
The included 'README' file contains further information, and the methodology used to produce the maps.
