Despite the modern era, the society has been divided into two major classes namely rich and poor. In any country in the world, there are far more poor people than rich people. Since the wife has money and wealth, she is getting richer and richer. On the other hand, poor people have to live in poverty due to scarcity of money and other resources. Globally, 9.9 percent of the age group of 9-14 years are child laborers and only 5 percent of them are in India, so it is necessary to make an effective plan for child labor in India and try to eradicate this scourge. Due to the low income of the parents, the children have to work. The practice of child labor has arisen because of poverty. Government's efforts to stop child labor are insufficient, child laborers are responsible for this practice, SC, ST and OBC child labor is very high, hotels, garages and brick kilns are the most child workers.
