Application of Information Technology in Public Libraries

A public library is a library of the people run by the people for the people.  These libraries are open to all types of readers.  There is no discrimination on the basis of religion, caste, gender to get admission in these types of libraries.  Public libraries provide free or low-cost information and other library services.  O Dr.  Due to the progress made in the field of information technology by BM, radical changes are taking place in all fields.
