Water management: A solution to water scarcity

Jal Hai To Kal Hai.  It is said that it is applicable to today's modern life style.. India is a country rich in natural resources but due to lack of planning or management it is facing shortage in some natural resources.  Humans can survive for days without their basic needs of food, clothing and shelter.  But it is impossible to live without water.  The problem of water or water problem is facing all over the world.
