The success of any social work depends on the interpersonal skills possessed by any social worker. The more interpersonal skills are developed, the more advanced the social worker will be! Therefore, it is useful to have a theoretical knowledge study and practice of various types of interpersonal skills. Along with all these issues, the development of interpersonal skills and the factors hindering this development are discussed in this article.
